“SBX” (Self Bail) Series Boats
Pro-Drive Boats are known for their strength, durability, and performance, along with their reputation for detailed craftsmanship. Their boats are designed to plane off easily and run close to the waters surface even when powered with the low horsepower engines that are available in the mudmotor industry. This same hull design went into their newest model “The SBX” Series”. This is a completely “Self Bailing” cockpit. The “SBX” Self Bailing Boat, has a completely open floor that is welded in and sealed above the waterline with all of the same structure underneath as the “X” Series Boats. This floor, along with large scupper outlets, naturally evacuates all water that enters the cockpit from rain or swamping from a large wave. Even when left in the water unattended, heavy rain has no effect whatsoever. No need for a bilge pump. During testing the “SBX” has been forced completely underwater with full rated load, including their 36 Pro-Drive motor and when released recovered completely. The “SBX” meets recreational boat rating requirements. The “SBX” Series boats are offered in 17′, 18′, 20′ and 24′, with 48″, 54″ and 60″ bottoms, 24″ sides, and constructed out of the same marine grade 5086 as the current “X” models.
Standard features include 4′ front deck with deck hatch, extended deck, 12 gallon low profile gas tank, rear drivers seat with storage, multi-position seat / gun box, “LED” Shark Eye running lights, and paint. Additional features can be added from Pro-Drive’s extensive list of options.
Pro-Drive still offers their 16′, 17′, 18′ and 20′ “X” Series flat bottom models. These come in 48″, 54″ and 60″ wide, with 18″ or 21″ sides. Pro-Drive Boats are built for a lifetime of use in some of the roughest conditions, by hardcore hunters and fishermen.
